Based in the west end of Newcastle Brian of Northumbria Preserves is a crackgrower of vegetables and fruit which he turns into amazing jams and chutneys. He also uses fruit grown by others in the region which has allwed him to make things like mulberry jam. Northumbria Preserves is also the only producer of traditional Stanhope Black Jelly which is made with crab apples and elderberries, as far as we know anyway!
