We’ve for a market jam-packed with great locally produced food, drink and other local products and plenty of choice for a big part of your weekly shop.
For our first market in June , on Saturday 13th, we’ll have 25 stalls and music from Hexham Ukeleles.
We’ll have six stalls by the Abbey facing into Beaumont Street: Northumberland Honey, Tim Foxall, First and Last Brewery, The Greek Bakery, Liddesdale Vension and Mawbray Cheese Co. There are four on the Abbey Flags facing the market: Greenfield Growers, Cassie’s Kitchen, Northern Rariity and Hexham Town Council. The rest of the crowd- Slackhouse Farm, Durham Soap, Northumbrian Pantry, Bread and Roses, Samosa Singh, Hallsford Farm, Cumberland Mustard, Northern Ark Nursery, Alex Bakes, Red Kite Fudge, Ravensworth Grange, Meraki Cacao, Hexham Country Market, Askerton Castle, Noisette Catering and Murphy’s Kitchen will be back in the Market Place. Borth Cassie’s Kitchen and Cumberland Mustard have been missing for a while, so we’re very happy to have them back.
