Bluebell Organics is a family run business based at a walled garden on the outskirts of Richmond, North Yorkshire. They grow a wide range of vegetable crops and look after their orchard of over 70 fruit trees and work in partnership with Newfield Organics, another registered organic farm, who grow the bulkier crops like potatoes, leeks, carrots and onions.
Many of the apples are pressed to produce apple juice and any surplus vegetables are used to make organic chutneys.
The organic garden is a unique microclimate full of wildlife, bees, toads, frogs ladybirds and other wildlife!
